Itinerary:

Flights depart every hour or half hourly between 09h00 and 17h00 during the summer and 16h00 during the winter.

You will be required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your flight departure time.

Booking Conditions:

All bookings should be booked at least (1 - 2 weeks in advance during the period of 15th December - 10th january) or 72 hours in advance (11th January - 14th December) to secure your space on this activity and avoid any disappointment. Any bookings received after 5pm the day before the tour is to take place may not be guaranteed.

On-line Payments:

Bookings made on-line using a valid credit / debit card will not incur any additional booking or credit card fees. International bank charges may apply for international card transactions.

All on-line credit card / debit card payments are made through Paygate and go through a 3D Secure Visa Verified or Mastercard SecureCode security protocol

Paygate is SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certified and (PCI Payment Card Industry) compliant.

Bookings secured by Credit Card:

Bookings secured by credit card allows the the client to pay either in cash or by card on the day. Note no payment will be taken from the card.

Should the client choose to pay by credit card on the day (a 3.5% credit card fee may apply depending on the supplier). In the event of a "no-show" or if the stipulated number of clients booked on the activity does not show up for the activity, the client hereby agrees and irrevocably consents to allow crocdiving.com to charge the client's card wtih a 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by client: 48 hours prior to the activity date, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. 24 hours prior to the activity date or in the event of a "no-show" a 100% cancellation fee will apply. A 4% credit card fee plus a 2% administration fee will apply on all credit card refunds where no additional cancellation fee is applicable.

Cancellation by crocdiving.com: should the activity be cancelled for any reason and we are unable to reschule you, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Transportation:

Clients who have booked a transfer must be ready at least 15 minutes prior to collection. Actual meeting / collection times will be provided after 2pm, 1 day prior to the activity taking place.

Any activity that provides a transport element and the transport is utilised either in full or in part will result in a non-refundable transportaion fee.

In the event a client misses or fails to show up for their transfer, the client will forfeit any payment received for that activity, no refund is applicable.

Child Policy:

Due to safety reasons, we regret that we cannot accept children under the age of 16 years old on the Quad Bike or Horse Back Safari.

Photographic Material:

crocdiging.com or it's suppliers approved photographer / videographer will be entitled to take photographs, films and videos (including electronic format) of the client during their activity, and may use such photographic, film and video material for the purpose of any advertising or brochure productions, which the client irrevocably gives his consent thereto, and without any consideration being payable to the client.

General:

Time spent on the activity will be approx 2 - 3 hours depending on wildlife activity. Exact meeting / collection times will be available after 14h00 the day prior to the activity taking place.

Itineraries / time slots are a mere guideline and may be subject to change and without prior notice. crocdiging.com endeavours to inform clients of any such changes at least 24 hours in advance of the activity taking place.

Liability:

All clients are required to sign an indemnity form prior to the activity thereby acknowledging that the activity is undertaken at own risk
